A: You can choose to have the sessions conducted in person, usually at your home or other suitable locations like a library, boarding school classroom, or office. Alternatively, tutoring sessions can also be conducted online.

A: Most of our tutors are either full-time or part-time tutors. We also have school teachers available upon request (though their rates are slightly higher). Nearly all of our tutors have teaching experience. You can review their teaching background, client testimonials, and ratings (if available) on their profiles. You may also interview them over the phone or via video call before deciding to proceed with the first session or a paid trial session. We also offer a service guarantee for our tutors. Please see the next question for details.

A: After the first session, if you are not satisfied with the tutor’s service, please let us know if you would like a different tutor, and the first session with the previous tutor will be free of charge. Payment from the first session will only be required if you are satisfied with the tutor and decide to continue to the second session and beyond.

A: We will only charge a one-time registration fee of RM50 per student.

A: Please let us know if you would like a trial session. The trial session is paid according to the duration you prefer, but the RM50 registration fee will not be charged.

A: You can choose whether you would like the same tutor to complete the remaining classes or if you would like us to find a new tutor for you. You also have the option to discontinue TutorKami's services altogether, in which case we will refund you for any classes that were not conducted.
