Hi!

My name is Rizan. I am a Degree holder in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester, UK.  I was previously working as a production engineer in a manufacturing industry just before I shifted my interest to join Public Services on a commercial/financial sector.

I am always passionate about teaching the young generations. As a part time tutor for the past 2 years, I have developed an array of valuable teaching skills that allow me to not only understand better the needs of students but also polishing my technical know-how, systematic approach especially when it comes to solving complex additional mathematics problems.

For me, the ultimate purpose of education is to change an empty mind into an open one. Hence as a Gen-Y or Millenials young educator, it is vital for me to also teach open-mindedness, enthusiasm, inquisitiveness, heuristic and values towards my students. In other words, my hope is not only to seeing them excel their grades intellectually but also seeing them grow by cultivating their self-esteem onto becoming a highly-motivated, strong individuals in future.
