Hi, I’m Yash, 31 years old. I am currently working as a Full Stack Software Developer, and I also have 12 years of experience in teaching and home tutoring.

Over the years, I have taught students in different learning environments, including kindergartens such as Smart Reader, Kumon, and other tuition centres. I also have experience teaching kids programming, which helps me make lessons more interactive, structured, and engaging. I have conducted classes both face-to-face and online, depending on the student’s needs and learning preference.

I am able to teach Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, and Science for preschool, Year 1 to Year 6, and Form 1 to Form 3 students. I also have experience teaching IGCSE Mathematics and English.

In addition, I have experience working with children who need more personalised guidance, especially those with autism, hyperactivity, and other learning needs. I understand that every child learns differently, and I know how to adjust my teaching methods to suit each child’s pace, ability, and learning style.

One of my meaningful achievements was helping a 12-year-old autistic student with learning difficulties improve academically and achieve a grade C. I have also helped students who were consistently scoring Cs improve to Bs and As within a few months before their final exams.

I keep track of the latest school syllabus so that my teaching methods remain current, practical, and easier for students to follow. As a tutor, I am patient, caring, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I believe every child can improve with the right guidance, encouragement, and support.
