I am a passionate postgraduate UTHM student wish to apply for the position of part-time tuition tutor at your Tutorkami. Currently, I am studying as a postgraduate student in Master of Technical & Vocational Education at UTHM Parit Raja. I have an experience 10 months of working as a full-time tuition teacher at Abuthen Educare Kuantan before pursuing my postgraduate study. Due to the excellent result, I got for my degree and SPM, I have been entrusted with the responsibility to teach various subjects for primary schools' student from standard 4 until 6 (english, science, mathematics, b. melayu), secondary schools' student from Form 2 until Form 5 (biology, general science, mathematics, history, b. melayu) and also international schools for year 10 and year 11 (biology IGCSE). Majority of my students are weak students and as I teach them, I observed they're improving and get a better result compared to previous exam. The teaching techniques I used are memorisation and acronym techniques (for reading subjects) and doing a lot of exercise handouts technique (for calculative subjects). I assess my students via topical quiz or test I got from internet sources and from exercise books. This test is conducted everytime I finished a topic. I am familiar with the SPM questions format and the technique in answering the question especially for History, modern mathematics, general science and biology subjects. I described myself as a tutor that is empathetic towards students, can communicate well with children, and is friendly with students. I wish to gain more teaching experience as I become a tutor at your Tutorkami because I'm always passionate to deliver knowledge to students and at the same time finding pocket money as I have a car loan commitment.
