Hello! My name is Javince Yeap, and I'm currently pursuing a Degree in Management with Psychology at Wawasan Open University. I am passionate about teaching and helping students improve their understanding and confidence in their studies.

I have experience teaching Form 6 Pengajian Am as a weekly tutor for the past three months. In addition, I worked as a temporary primary school teacher for over a month, covering for a teacher who was on maternity leave. These experiences allowed me to work closely with students and develop effective ways to explain concepts clearly.

I can teach a variety of subjects including Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, English, Sejarah, Biology, Pengajian Am, Science, Pendidikan Moral, and Mathematics. I currently focus on upper primary, secondary school, and SPM-level students, but I am always open to new teaching opportunities.

My teaching style focuses on clear explanations and active student participation. I explain topics in detail to ensure students understand the concepts, and I often ask them to explain the ideas back in their own words. This helps them strengthen their understanding and stay focused during lessons. After teaching a topic, I usually provide short quizzes or practice questions to help students remember what they have learned and build deeper understanding.

Although I may not always know my students’ exact academic results, I am happy to see that many of them enjoy attending my classes and stay engaged during lessons, which motivates me to continue improving as a tutor.

I currently offer online tutoring sessions, as I do not provide home tutoring at the moment. My schedule is flexible, and I can arrange lessons depending on availability.

I find it very rewarding to introduce new knowledge to students and help them gain confidence in their studies.
