My name is Minashine Devi, and I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) at the University of Science Malaysia (USM). I hold a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) and an Accounting degree from Victoria University, Australia. Additionally, I completed my diploma at Sunway College, Johor Bahru.
At 26 years old, I have accumulated extensive professional experience. I am currently working as a Senior Account Executive at a manufacturing company, where I oversee financial operations and strategic analysis. Prior to this, I worked as a Finance Executive at an aeronautical company, gaining valuable insights into finance within the aviation industry. I also have experience as an Audit and Tax Associate, which has provided me with a solid foundation in financial reporting and tax compliance.
My passion for education began when I started tutoring part-time after completing my SPM. Over the years, I have taught various subjects, including accounting and business studies, to students of different age groups and academic levels. This experience has allowed me to develop a teaching approach that is both adaptable and student-centered, focusing on making complex concepts more approachable and helping students achieve their academic goals.
With my professional background in finance and accounting, combined with my teaching experience, I am eager to help students understand and excel in their studies.
